Barrett & Forbes LLC (formerly Norchi & Associates
LLC), a civil litigation law firm, was founded in
2002 in Cleveland, Ohio. The law firm combines
the talents and experiences of its attorneys and
staff and continues a tradition of excellence by
providing a broad range of litigation-related legal
services for clients. This tradition derives
from time-tested principles of early assessment of
claims, client communication, and the use of experienced
and creative trial attorneys. We also provide
client counseling for hospital sentinel event analyses,
hospital credentialing administrative procedures,
and human resources and employment issues. The
firm’s practice areas include general and complex
civil litigation, employment, health care and medical
professional liability, insurance defense, and insurance
coverage.

and sentinel event analyses, and also highlight preventive
techniques to enhance clients’ compliance with

of our counseling, we also assist clients in root cause
analyses.
