Kevin M. Norchi, Esq. graduated from Fordham University, New York City, in 1983 and obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986. He became a member of the Ohio State Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Kevin began the practice of law with civil trial experience in Cleveland for two years and then in Cincinnati for six years representing physicians in medical negligence lawsuits and pharmaceutical companies in drug product liability matters. Returning to Cleveland in 1994, his scope of practice broadened to other areas of litigation including employment, medical products liability, health care and related subjects of fraud and abuse, credentialing, and professional negligence. Since 1994, Kevin has continuously represented certain institutional clients and with the support of those clients, the law firm of Norchi & Associates was established in 2002. In addition to ongoing litigation and trial responsibilities, Kevin counsels clients on "lessons learned" and sentinel event analyses in addition to lecturing physicians, nurses and hospital administrators on a wide-variety of health care subjects. Steven J. Forbes, Esq. graduated from Amherst College, cum laude, 1986 and received his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University in 1989. He has been a member of the Ohio State Bar for 14 years. Steve has extensive civil and criminal trial experience. He has tried over 50 cases to juries on issues ranging from murder and disorderly conduct to wrongful death and employment discrimination. He was head of the professional liability practice group - which included all employment related claims - at the law firm of Janik & Dunn (later Janik & Forbes). He has successfully represented employers in employment matters since 1995. This representation included claims of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination and tortious interference with business relations in state and federal courts. He also represents physicians, attorneys and insurance agents in professional negligence claims. Paul J. Corrado graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he also earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and an A.B. degree from Hamilton College. This combination of education and extensive trial experience affords Paul a unique perspective on the law and how it impacts both the employer and an individual.
Paul's legal practice focuses in the areas of employment and labor law, higher education law, directors and officers litigation, and general civil litigation. Paul represents and counsels employers (companies, owners, managers and supervisors) on their day-to-day employment practices involving hiring, promotion, discipline, discharge, preventing discrimination and harassment, downsizing and severance decisions. He also advises on and defends charges and lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment or wrongful discharge, wage and hour matters, labor relations, noncompetition and confidentiality agreements, as well as employee leave issues.
Paul is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third, Sixth and Ninth Circuits. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and is on Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
Patrick J. (PJ) Milligan, Esq.

P.J. graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. In 2004 he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. During law school, P.J. gained an appreciation for litigation while participating in an externship program with the United States District Attorney's Office. Following his admission to the practice of law in 2004, P.J. furthered his interest in litigation by serving as a staff attorney for the Honorable Dick Ambrose and the Honorable William J. Coyne of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. P.J. provided research, drafting and docket management support for the judges and held conferences with attorneys on pending matters covering many different areas of law, including labor and employment, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and products liability.
P.J. is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is actively involved in the Cleveland-Marshall Alumni Association. P.J. joined Norchi Forbes in October of 2008 and will focus his practice in the following areas: general civil litigation, higher education law, medical malpractice, and labor and employment law.
