Kevin M. Norchi, Esq. graduated from Fordham University, New York City, in 1983 and obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986. He became a member of the Ohio State Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Kevin began the practice of law with civil trial experience in Cleveland for two years and then in Cincinnati for six years representing physicians in medical negligence lawsuits and pharmaceutical companies in drug product liability matters. Returning to Cleveland in 1994, his scope of practice broadened to other areas of litigation including employment, medical products liability, health care and related subjects of fraud and abuse, credentialing, and professional negligence. Since 1994, Kevin has continuously represented certain institutional clients and with the support of those clients, the law firm of Norchi & Associates was established in 2002. Steven J. Forbes, Esq. graduated from Amherst College, cum laude, 1986 and received his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University in 1989. He became a member of the Ohio State Bar in 1989 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Steve has extensive civil and criminal trial experience. He has tried over 50 cases to juries on issues ranging from employment discrimination, premises liability and wrongful death, to murder, and disorderly conduct. He has successfully represented employers in claims of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination and tortious interference with business relations in state and federal courts. He also represents physicians, attorneys and insurance agents in professional negligence claims. Steve continues with a large general civil litigation practice with specialization in employment matters, including employment defense in the healthcare and higher education workplace. Sean D. Lee received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. Sean's honors include the Richard A. and Brandon S. Collier Award (for outstanding achievement in the law-medicine program) and the Stacy D. Ballin Moot Court Award. Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sidney I. Schenkier, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and completed a fellowship with Summa Health System.
Sean's practice encompasses medical liability, including peer review and physician discipline, healthcare matters, and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio.
