Kevin M. Norchi, Esq. graduated from Fordham
University, New York City, in 1983 and obtained his
law degree from Case Western Reserve University School
of Law in 1986. He became a member of the Ohio State
Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice before the
United States District Court, Northern and Southern
Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals,
Sixth Circuit. Kevin began the practice of law with
civil trial experience in Cleveland for two years
and then in Cincinnati for six years representing
physicians in medical negligence lawsuits and pharmaceutical
companies in drug product liability matters. Returning
to Cleveland in 1994, his scope of practice broadened
to other areas of litigation including employment,
medical products liability, health care and related
subjects of fraud and abuse, credentialing, and professional
negligence. Since 1994, Kevin has continuously represented
certain institutional clients and with the support
of those clients, the law firm of Norchi & Associates
was established in 2002. In addition to ongoing litigation
and trial responsibilities, Kevin counsels clients
on “lessons learned” and sentinel event
analyses in addition to lecturing physicians, nurses
and hospital administrators on a wide-variety of

| Representing the University Hospitals of Cleveland, Kevin Norchi argued before the Ohio Supreme Court in the case Monica Fletcher, etc. v. University Hospitals of Cleveland et al., Case no. 2007-1529 regarding the Affidavit of Merit requirement necessary to support professional negligence claims against physicians and heath care professionals in order to prevent frivolous and non-meritorious claims.

Steven J. Forbes, Esq. graduated from Amherst College,
cum laude, 1986 and received his J.D., with honors,
from George Washington University in 1989. He has been
a member of the Ohio State Bar for 14 years. Steve
has extensive civil and criminal trial experience.
He has tried over 50 cases to juries on issues ranging
from murder and disorderly conduct to wrongful death
and employment discrimination. He was head of the professional
liability practice group – which included all
employment related claims – at the law firm of
Janik & Dunn (later Janik & Forbes). He has
successfully represented employers in employment matters
since 1995. This representation included claims of
sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination,
disability discrimination, age discrimination and tortious
interference with business relations in state and federal
courts. He also represents physicians, attorneys and
insurance agents in professional negligence claims.
Steve continues with a large general civil litigation
practice with specialization in employment, professional
liability and insurance law.

Tim received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1971 and graduated with a BBA from Ohio University in 1968. Serving as trial counsel for insurance carriers, corporations and political subdivisions, Tim has built a reputation for delivering reasoned advice to his clients. For nearly two decades, he has served as Law Director/Prosecutor for the cities of Wickliffe and Brunswick.
With over 100 jury trials in State and Federal Courts, Tim's representative cases include wrongful death, professional malpractice, transportation injuries, police misconduct and civil rights violations. He is admitted to practice with the State of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Tim is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Civil Association of Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Association, and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. Tim is proud to be a U.S. Navy veteran.

Terese M. Fennell, Esq. graduated with honors from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1999 where she served as Managing and Associate Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. After her admission to the Ohio State Bar in 1999, Terese developed expertise in worker's compensation law and insurance defense litigation.
Terese joined a small law firm located in Cleveland where she gained extensive experience in all areas of insurance defense and litigation including premises liability, condominium law, contract disputes, defamation, intentional torts, product liability, medical malpractice, Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA) and motor vehicle accidents.
Terese is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District of Ohio. She also serves as the Vice Chair for the City of Aurora Board of Zoning Appeals. Terese has earned her membership of the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. Terese M. P.J. graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. In 2004 he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. During law school, P.J. gained an appreciation for litigation while participating in an externship program with the United States District Attorney's Office. Following his admission to the practice of law in 2004, P.J. furthered his interest in litigation by serving as a staff attorney for the Honorable Dick Ambrose and the Honorable William J. Coyne of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. P.J. provided research, drafting and docket management support for the judges and held conferences with attorneys on pending matters covering many different areas of law, including labor and employment, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and products liability.
P.J. is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is actively involved in the Cleveland-Marshall Alumni Association. P.J. joined Norchi Forbes in October of 2008 and will focus his practice in the following areas: general civil litigation, higher education law, medical malpractice, and labor and employment law.

Jason M. St. George graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001, where he was an active member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
Jason gained experience as a Law Clerk at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, Ohio. Jason became a Civil Litigation Attorney and joined a law firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. While at the firm he gained experience defending and trying negligence, automobile/trucking accident and premises liability matters throughout the state. His practice also includes the areas of aviation law, product liability, insurance coverage, employer intentional tort, aviation law, and asbestos litigation.
Jason is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Ohio State and Federal Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Defense Research Institute. Jason M. St. George joined Norchi Forbes in July of 2009.
